Joe Steve ó Neachtain is one of the most prolific and well-loved writers in contemporary Irish. He has won many awards over the years, not only for his writing, but also for his acting. Amongst his many awards, he has been awarded the Jacobs Award for radio drama. He lives in An Chré Dhubh in Spiddal with his wife Máirín.
