It allows us to track your delivery for deliveries in the UK and Ireland.
If dispatched before 12pm
When you are confirming your order, delivery costs will be displayed. The cost depends on the weight, size and destination of the product. Some products will be displayed but listed as out of stock. You can still order these products however given the handmade nature of many of our products delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control, if your product is not in stock but you still wish to order we will contact you to give an estimated date of arrival. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to info@siopaancarn.com within 7 days of the delivery date. All non-deliveries have to be reported within 20 days. Contact us at info@siopaancarn.com to arrange a replacement.
RETURNS POLICYCustomers are entitled to return any non faulty product for a refund / exchange within 14 days of date of purchase as long as the product is in perfect condition including any wrapping.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned pierced earrings.
Cost of delivery will not be refunded in event of an item being exchanged.
